Jeane armchair

The Jeane armchair is an authentic bentwood design made using the original techniques pioneered in the 19th century by Michael Thonet. A classic, Belle Epoch model, it is the same frame as the Norma fan back version. The Jeane armchair is made by hand and machine, using traditional methods and steamed bentwood and features an embossed veneer seat. The beech for this technique needs to be of the highest grade to withstand the steaming and bending processes. The wood is harvested responsibly from managed forests in Europe and complies with all EU timber regulations. This is reflected in the integrity and performance of the product.
